Dose Value Habit Prescription Collection

Dose Value is a systemic evaluation, summary and curation of over 3,000 peer-reviewed and published research articles in the domains of health, happiness, security + human performance.

The "Dose" refers to the exact prescription of the habit that generates the optimal Value of a given outcome.

For example, we seek to answer questions like:

How much exercise, in what form, practiced at what regularity and for how long, produces the optimal improvement in cognitive function at work?

The Dose Value Habit Prescription Collection includes 200+ combinations of habit-to-outcome combinations, describing the Dose Value Statement for each pair.

This allows us to compare different habits’ relative power to generate any outcome that an employer desires, and thus to answer the question:

Which habits really matter, and to what degree, to employee health, happiness, security and performance overall?

Which outcomes can be influenced?

As a result of our research, we have constructed an actuarial science-rooted dose/value statement for a multitude of habit input/valued outcome scenarios.
